No, a terraformer is an ic2 item, so you could use geothermal generators. Reactions: Saice. It is unknown whether or not Rubber and Jungle logs will do the same.

This process may then repeat, turning the giant mushrooms into more mycelium and will plant normal and giant mushrooms again.
