I believe I've completed all quests in this zone got the achievement , but Freewind Post is still occupied, and I have not regained it as a flight point for this zone.

Back to topic: The quest is quite easy. You get the quest from Brave Moonhorn south of the Southern Barrens the north part of Thousand Needles , and then all you have to do is to take the lift down and follow the way.
It'll lead you to a "crossroad" where Freewind Post is marked! Comment by Allakhazam Won't give me the quest. Level 29 Shaman. All members of the caravan where lost as well as all supplies.
